  1. I live in New Haven and remember when the news of this broke. Nobody here was surprised at the way he was treated. Compassion is not a word I would use when describing the local police. Its an us against them mentality that does nothing to help. Everybody is a crook and a lier.

  2. In their minds they did not mess up. This is how they treat everybody. I live in New Haven. I see it time and time again. We are scum to these cops. None of them will lose a seconds sleep over this. The driver of the van might lose his job because a scapegoat is always needed but the union will find him another department to work for.
