I passed this Slow AF driver once on a 2 lane road in Arizona (of course) on a dotted line, and as I was passing they sped up in order to block me, and I was not being aggressive myself, but I had to rev the engine to about 75 in a 55 because the dotted line was ending and there was an oncoming car.
