  1. Back in 2010, Phoenix was in the midst of the Great Recession. Houses were going for 80 k back then, after coming down from the 300s in 2004.

  2. It sucks, I have been there twice, it is as fake af out there along with many other places that are exactly like that. Also, IMO the food sucks in places like that The Mogollon Rim in AZ is better
