  3. When I was a kid I lived in a house that was built in 1840 and it was/is in CT, but it was haunted. So double check those older houses. Heard Castleton University costs more than 4000 per month

  4. You should check out Springfield, Nebraska, it is safe there and is about 20 miles SW of Omaha. It is probably one of the safest places in the country.
