  1. Loved Pennsylvania when I was a teen and I used to visit Wallenpaupak (sp). Skied several mountains in the Poconos in college and had great times. Used to visit New Hope, Pt Pleasant, and Lumberville as a young adult in the on weekends to escape the hustle a bustle of suburban NJ where I worked in the early 90s. In fact, years ago I could have bought a house in Eastern PA in order to escape the high NJ taxes in Hunterdon County where I lived at the time. My question now from AZ, and not living in that part of the country for almost 26 years, is What Happened To The Property Taxes In Eastern Pennsylvania After 2016? I Know They Increased, But Can Anyone Tell Me Why? If anyone knows I would appreciate it?

  2. Original Juice Thanks for the reply, I had a feeling that there was an education component to it, but wherever that money goes could be anyone’s guess. AZ has low taxes, but the schools are subpar. The government is definitely less than forthright here. Thanks again. Recreational Pot should be legalized here too, but always fails to get passed. It could pass due outward migration of people from the west coast that is going on right now at a faster pace.
