  8. Hunts Point is much safer now than it was 30 years ago, I heard they have tour buses that visit there and the tourists gawk and never spend a dime on any of the local businesses there.

  11. Des Moines has Adventureland ( I think) and an awesome state fair. Visited the fair 8 years ago.
