  2. Luminous Winfield Check out AZ too, it has it’s downsides, but if you give it time it is fine (I.e, Oro Valley, Vail, Sahuarita, Marana, Anthem, North Phoenix, Catalina Foothills etc.)

  3. Florida also has better beaches than California IMO. It is a better time for me to fly to southeastern Florida from AZ than to make the 6 plus hour drive (or longer) to So Cal.
