@thisorthat7626 It is like that in AZ too, and similar service jobs come with higher pay. Housing values are also lower, notwithstanding Paradise Valley, Flagstaff, Scottsdale, or Sedona.

@jasonhurdlow6607 Stuff like that is happening in AZ too. People from CA, Phoenix, and even Boise (where they sold their houses for huge profits) are buying them in southern AZ, especially around Tucson for cash. Meanwhile, a regular folk like me has to work like a dog to maintain myself and my roof (no pun intended).
