  2. 1992 my rent in south Mesa was 310 for a 1 bedroom. Times have definitely changed. Same apartment is probably 1800 now

  3. Weather is ok in Prescott, 4 seasons, due to elevation, but I left there for the Tucson area 10 years ago, and it used to be kind of boring.
