God only knows if they have done the same in USA and other countries. * Qatar is a HORRIBLE country. It treats Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans, Filipinos worse than animals. 6500 of them died in construction activities for World Cup. Even BBC which is pro-Islam, did a story. Look for - "WORLD CUP 2022: HOW HAS QATAR TREATED FOREIGN WORKERS?" There are plenty of other news reports. There is no religious freedom for non-muslims. Whenever, USA releases them they are sent to Qatar to live under supervision for a year then released backed to Afghanistan, Pakistan etc. They play on both sides - fund & play with the terrorists and then play as brokers with Western countries. * Lt.   2. Spot on, Universities should not be taking such funding. Students get one-sided picture because Professors and Universities are either sold out or fear being labeled. As a first baby step, the word Islamophobia should be removed from English vocabulary. Anyone opposing it should first explain: Why are muslims fighting followers of all other religions globally? WHY CAN'T THEY CO-EXIST PEACEFULLY WITH OTHER RELIGIONS?
