Hinduism was spread from Afghanistan to Indonesia and now has been reduced to a small area because of a sizeable number of 'clueless Hindus' (maybe you are one of them). Every religion has issues. India was divided in 1947 to accede to the demand of Muslims of homeland (on the principle - they cannot exist with other religions and need 'land of the pure' - no other religion) and two Muslim countries were born – Pakistan and Bangladesh (in 1971 from E. Pakistan). Hindus thought they will have peace after giving 30% of the land to muslims who were only 16% at that time. The matter should have been SETTLED FOREVER. Muslims had a better deal in partition. Many Muslims stayed back. 3 million people died in 1947 in which majority of them were Hindus & Sikhs. As per the terms of the partition, transfer of population should have been completed. Look at the conditions of Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists in Pakistan, Bangladesh who are really persecuted. If you compare and still feel 'persecuted' there are many options to solve your situation: choice of 57 countries or returning to the original religion of India.
