  2.  @jimmyjohn8008  "Permit" = "legal", and not "technically correct"; the "sanitary capacity" of an area is actually INCREASED as the population density rises; establishments such as apartment buildings and complexes, industrial parks, etc., could erect waste recycling and processing facilities that will accept combustible garbage and sewage sludge, convert it into a useable fuel to distill water, which then could be reused for POTABLE purposes such as drinking, bathing/washing, etc.!! And the real beauty of the high density setup is that THE DISTANCES TRAVELED FOR WHATEVER PURPOSE ARE SHORT!!!!

And what about suffering this indignity while SIMULTANEOUSLY being cut off by some moron up ahead t'boot?!?! Add to this the EASILY verifiable fact that you might presently be MILES AWAY from an exit, and even one where an accessible facility (no "restroom for customers only" policy) is located.... Otherwise, WHAT HAPPENS?! DO YOU HAVE A BOOTY EXPLOSION IN YOUR PANTS?!?!?!
