Toffs, let's face it, the people who hold the power in govt, the sort of people who send their kids to boarding school or let nannies look after them rather than actively parenting them, are hardly best placed to make policies that affect children.... These people should have NOTHING to do with policies that affect HEALTHY family relationships. Quite the reverse in fact, if they think it's ok, then it's probably the worst thing to do for a child's physical, social and emotional health.
