  1. I worked for a charity who ostensibly helped prisoners find work and housing on release from prison. This charity was absolutely excellent at writing bids to get money from govt. They were also excellent at fudging their statistics and reports to justify ongoing funding. What they WEREN'T great at was actually doing the job. They just talked a good job. Which is not the same thing at all is it.
