  2. The reason they don't speak up is that they often come of worse or are entirely ignored when they do. As soon as i discovered a male colleague's work email account was FULL of incest and rape porn i reported it. The colleague involved, an ex copper.... completely used the old chestnut, plausible deniability and no action was taken. The message he got from that would have been in effect, carry on, fill your boots.
