This is putting way too much power into the 1) the hands of the police 2) the hands of anyone with a personal gripe against someone - look hard enough at the social media of someone you personally don't like and you WILL find something that YOU could report as offensive to you. Any one of us, if we say anything online, could inadvertently cause offence or be accused of causing offence, but offence to who? By whose definition? This way madness lies
