First off, I have to say I fully agree with and support this speaker's views. I just can't listen to all the "er, er erd" and "um, um, ums" She's probably a good writer but she needs more practice and coaching to become a good speaker, a speaker that people seek out. She's no Douglas Murray. I wish she was closer to him as a speaker.
