  5. I haven't watched TV for years but until about two years ago radio 4 was permanently on. All day every day. They many trans dramas and they got rid of Jenny Murray and the spirit of woman's hour. In Our Time is about the only thing worth listening to. All other long running series have been taken over. Now, I barely switch the radio on.

Seeing that woman in horrendous pain was an eye opener to eight year old me that's for sure hahaha But as I got older I looked around me and saw at many unhappy families, I realised just how much could go wrong and just how important a job raising a child is. First and foremost you need a strong relationship, and both people have to work together to raise happy, healthy and successful people who are an asset to society. It's too important a responsibility to take on without thinking it through. If I was going to do it if want to do it really well, or not at all. I'm ok with that decision. Now I'm an aunt and recently became a great aunt to a beautiful great nephew 😎👍🏼

So you guys, if you're straight you have to be ok with dating transwomen (even if they are intact males) and if you're gay you have to be willing to date transmen. You're transphobic if not. I looked months ago at a British website of a company who offers drag queen story hour events for schools, libraries, parties, fetes, carnivals etc The British drag queen who was involved had a record for child abuse. Predators see this as a perfect cover now that other platforms have been shut down. Child safety issues seem to be completely waved aside where anything "trans" is involved.

It works for me because it's enabled me to remain completely celibate unless I find someone I actually want to have sex with. Which doesn't happen very often.   42. The fact that over ten thousand people applied for assisted suicide proves that there is a desire and a need for it. These are not people who were forced into it. They APPLIED. They had to be approved. We are kinder to animals who are suffering than we are to people. When my degenerative disease makes the quality of my life untenable for ME, how dare anyone deny me the ability to ease my suffering. I don't want to have attempt it myself and risk fucking up, leaving a mess for others to clean up. I want the option. It's not for everyone but everyone should have the legal option for help to ease their pain and suffering. Obviously with lots of checks and balances and a fully INDEPENDENT body to monitor its use to make sure people don't feel coerced or pushed into a corner through lack of help and support. There's no cure for what I have. And I'm early middle aged from a long living family. 30 years as a paraplegic potentially unable to speak, see, hear.... No thank you. That would be a living hell. Let me go if and when I need to. That's all we ask.

  49. 3:30 And that used to literally, legally be the case. I'm not sure when the laws changed, presumably different laws at different times. But when a woman married, she legally ceased to exist as a separate entity. She would become part of her husband, not a separate person, he would automatically own everything she brought into the marriage and she would own literally nothing but the clothes on her back. She couldn't do anything legally, she was to all intents and purposes, a child her whole life. That is why the father "gives the bride away". If a dowry was given by the bride's family, it was to compensate the husband for the cost of feeding and clothing her etc. It's not that long ago in historical terms that that changed.
