The plan seems to have been for a while, and is continuing to be - despite what they say they're doing or want to do - that's pure fiction - what they're TRYING to do, and succeeding at, is to make each new generation more stupid, more dependent and less resourceful than the previous one. They may say they're trying to improve individuals and improve society. But in reality they're doing everything they can to undermine the capability of the general population whilst retaining an elite class of people with all the property, all the power and all the independent resourcefulness. They're deliberately creating a dependent underclass who are ignorant and incapable of improving themselves. It's blatantly obvious to me.

11:00 it's all talking a good job, and making it sound as if they want to lift everyone's intelligence and thinking, language and problem solving skills up. But in REALITY none of these plans are to do this. The plan is to do the exact reverse of this guy the majority of the population. Keep the masses dumb and the elite intelligent and in control.
