  2. i grew up on a farm. I know exactly how animals are raised and killed. And because of that experience, I'm a vegan. I don't eat any soy, quinoa, lentils, chickpeas etc. We're brainwashed to think we need far more protein then we do. All you need is 0.7g per kilo of your bodyweight
