  3. I was brought up in the 70's. My mum didn't go out to work. We never ate together as a family. Ever. Or even at a table. I was brought up on findus crispy pancakes, Smash and baked beans, spaghetti hoops, Angel Delight, fizzy pop to drink. I was never given a glass of water to drink. Always pop or squash. Some of us never had a decent start. Everything came out of a packet. Apart from the chips she made. She peeled potatoes! Well, until oven chips became a thing. Then we were given those. With sausage rolls and baked beans. Dreadful
