  1.  @ARSHXVN  I'm not the person you asked the question of, but I take 4000 iu daily, all year round, sometimes more. I have ms and rarely get any natural sunlight. I make sure to take it with vitamin K2 as John Campbell suggests.

  3. I take vitamin D3 and K2 together every day. I didn't realise the need for K2 until seeing you talk about it 👍🏼
