  1. I'm so grateful to you for highlighting the need to take K2 along with vitamin D. I've been supplementing with vitamin D for years because i get no sun exposure at all. I'm concerned I'll have made things worse for myself by leeching calcium from my bones and depositing it into my arteries ☹️ If this is the case, can my body diminish the calcification? Dr Campbell, please advise me what i can do about this. Many thanks
