From the day we're born we're on a one way journey and every day we're avoiding dangers consciously and unconsciously.

Fascinating guest, thank you ๐๐ผ

Sounds a bit r@pey to me ๐ฑ

Same here. I very rarely listen to these conversations in full but this guest was so relatable she kept me listening throughout and I'm going to put her advice into practice immediately. No more late nights, no more screen time before bed, no more listening to content while I fall asleep. Exposure to natural light as soon as possible after I wake up. As someone with a chronic health condition I work hard to support my body's own ability to heal. I learned so much from this guest that I will incorporate immediately into my daily life. Thanks Stephen for bringing this guest on to your show!๐๐๐๐๐

โย @ticktock8653ย Pretty much I think. Let food be your medicine I think he said.

That sentiment is what all abusers think as they ignore people's boundaries and coerce and bully to get past no. That's a terrible lesson to teach
4
ย @Rebecca-m3sย The fact remains, you are in the minority. It's good to know that there ARE men like this who exist. The chances of actually meeting a single one and forming a relationship with him... don't hold your breath ๐.

ย @lilpoo91ย I hated this woman's advice when she was one of the experts on that dating show in the 90's
3
People like her are so irritating.
3
I so want this. I'm so happy for you โฅ๏ธ
3
Your advice is so much better than hers!

She's one of the snake oil merchants who used to be on that dating show isn't she. Can't remember what it was called. I remember strongly disliking her and all of the self proclaimed "experts" on that show. There was that weird bloke who had a constant smug smile on his face, thought he was god's gift, and the fat woman who was the clothing "expert". Patronising people. Hugely patronising programme. TV is so toxic.

Personally i think he looks ridiculous

Whenever I see Huel I hear HURL๐คฎ ๐คฃ

Marriage is a legal, financial contract that protects everyone involved, both spouses and any children that they have. It's so much more than love. A great deal more.

I've been doing the Zoe eating plan for a while now. I'm losing my annoying belly fat and I feel *great*. I eat more plants and fermented foods regularly. And now I poop every day. People have commented on how good I look (and they don't know I'm on Zoe). They ask me what I've done differently. They say I look happier and brighter and just altogether better. And I feel it.
2
This guy is making me depressed
2
I lived with both my parents. Neither of them ever hugged me in my love.
2
I wish he'd get therapy and stop blubbing in public all the time.
2
I can't relate to anything that this bloke is saying. Maybe it's an American middle class cultural thing. But nothing of what he is saying about women's socialisation resonates with me. Nothing
2
Ah, he's the chimp paradox bloke.... I'll hear him out

Sometimes you dislike someone then hear them interviewed and see them ina new light. This isn't the case with trinny. I still think she's fake and vacuous. I'm not seeing a wise, empathic person. I'm seeing a performance. Not an authentic person.
1
Someone needs to help her improve her terrible posture I find it difficult to take health advice from someone who is so out of tune with her own natural perfect posture
1
Indeed, I just came here to say this. She obviously means MORE fearlessly, feeling less fearful. Also in the next breath she says "advisement" when the word is "advice". I'm already starting to think she's an idiot, and do I really want to be wasting my time listening to her ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

ย @SedriqMiersย Agree, re opener. I fast forward through that and other parts I'm not interested in

Where can I buy these blue muffins!!!??? Fabulous guest, thank you ๐๐ผ

23:00 No. Not everybody. I have multiple sclerosis. I used to walk everywhere. I used to hillwalk and scramble as a hobby.... I can barely get around the house without regularly falling now. Not everybody can walk

I haven't looked at the ingredients of "Huel" (or as I call it "Hurl") but I'm guessing it doesn't fit in with any of the advice that this guest has given you...?

65%???!!! That high? I find that hard to believe ๐

28:00 Yes, I am disabled and I always say exactly the same. I see both extremes of behaviour. Any difference brings out the worst in some and the best in others. As a disabled person I get a third type, ones who pretty in your "perceived" weakness for their own benefit

He could be a rock singer! ๐ค๐ผ

Can't stand this grifter And 1:43 what a very odd way of sitting. Legs splayed wide apart ๐ฎ She looks like a wizened little old lady who's just wandered in from the beach ๐๐๐

Yeah, still don't like him.

Thank you for this guest! Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!!!!

52:10 That's how coercive men who want to get in your pants think. Ugh

Her microphone needed a baffle to stop all the swallowing and lip smacking sounds ๐คข

Even up the 1960s and 70s, in the UK anyway, the reason to get married was to have a legitimate acceptable full time partner for sex. To live together was frowned on, but everything was ok if you got married. All the kids you were at school with had both parents, married to each other, and a kid with unmarried, divorced or single parents was incredibly rare, and you kind of felt sorry for them. Now that's the norm

A guest with something really interesting to say!

When i was able bodied i had a strong walk, now im disabled, i have no choice but to look at the floor so i dont trio over. I cant appear strong. I want to. But it's just not possible. I feel vulnerable and i know I'm vulnerable ๐คฌ

I'm not a regular listener because most of your guests just don't resonate with me and I find your videos pretty click-baity... but I'm so glad I took the time to listen to this guest. To hear her story and her work, about so the research she cites. This show is a game changer for me. Thank you Stephen, thank you for talking to this guest ๐

The thing is, every single body reacts differently, so it's all about getting to know yourself and how your body reacts to foods or fasting, or stress, or hormones. Then at the same time, if you have a partner is to learn that things about them and how things affect them. The second thing to remember is that we're not static beings. Living is a *process*. Our bodies are continually in a state of flux. We never reach a point where we know everything we need to know about ourselves. This is added to if we develop any kind of chronic disease, which adds a whole new level of complication to the mix, trust me! So something that affects one person badly will be no problem at all for someone else, out something that never affected you before might start affect you differently. We're continually changing and we have to be busy aware and vigilant. We are our own experimental test subject! And

1:06.45 I'm not taking skin care advice from someone who has so much Botox and fillers pumped into their face and who can't grow old gracefully.

Good to see Dr Saad

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I'm so sorry that he died in such tragic circumstances ๐ข

Advice from an older person than this guy.... He still has lots to learn. Although he might not realise it. Just listen to your elders, both men and women who are intelligent and switched on (so.... not all older people by any stretch of the imagination) but the wise ones who have learned life's lessons.... listen to them. You'll argue with them and think they don't know what they're talking about - the arrogance of youth - but listen to them and at least consider what they have to say. Doing that might just save you some time, energy and heartache.

2:24:19 WRONG, WRONG, WRONG Each area has its own police authority with individual Crime Commissioners and Chiefs of Police. It's very much NOT one force. The thinking isn't joined up across divisions. It's better than it was but it's still not ideal.
