  2. I've been doing the Zoe eating plan for a while now. I'm losing my annoying belly fat and I feel *great*. I eat more plants and fermented foods regularly. And now I poop every day. People have commented on how good I look (and they don't know I'm on Zoe). They ask me what I've done differently. They say I look happier and brighter and just altogether better. And I feel it.
