  2. I don't want to be looked after by immigrants. It's a National Health Service. It should be staffed by three best quantified, professional, highly trained British people. Instead it's been run into the ground for decades and British people haven't been valued and trained. Globalisation doesn't work. Look after our own. For our long term security. Incentivise staff to stay and progress. Make staying here more attractive than leaving. It's like he says, we need to value ourselves, each other, our young, our professionals and our institutions.
