  1. I'm speaking as a white person here. I love your channel, your intelligence, approach and common sense. It's so interesting to hear this woman complain. She seems to be one of the most racist people I've ever seen. Not only is she racist against "white people" but she's racist against black people too. As though black people can only get to positions of power if they're helped along the way. Wow. How racist is that?? I don't understand why she can't see that she's undermining herself and all black people by saying that 🤦🏻‍♀️ What a terrible and patronising way of thinking?? I'm embarrassed to be a woman, because she's probably blaming white people and white men specifically. Yes, individual people can be racist and can block the career paths of people they look down on. Of course, people have all sorts of biases. But to say all black people should be given preferential treatment in undermining every black person's ability and is patronising. I just don't get how she's not seeing that. Love your channel. Long live common sense!
