  1. Isn't it the inhabitants of Samoa or Tonga that favour larger ladies? It's not true that EVERY society finds slim women attractive. Ancient statues seem to have preferred larger women too didn't they. Larger, fatter women would have made for healthier pregnancies and better nourished babies giving them an evolutionary advantage to select female mates who carried more adipose tissue.
