  2.  @Stefan_W.  They can't even use a pen or pencil. Manual dexterity is reduced. Surgeons are finding this when trying to teach the next generation. They just don't have the manual ability to do any fine tuned work since everything they do is on a smartphone. They can't do simple calculations in their head, they can't find their way around. They don't have to learn the basic skills of independent manual or mental work.

  3.  @Jacen777  Exactly this. To have some independence and freedom to go where you want and use your initiative and skills. Gen Z don't seem to have any practical skills, or even want any. A whole area of their brain is just left fallow 🤷🏻‍♀️
