They have lots of kids because culturally that's what they've always done, have no adequate birth control and kids often die in childhood so they have to have more as a pension plan and to care for them in THEIR old age. Raise up their standard of living, they won't NEED to come here. Then it's a win win

  2. The population is only aging in the West. Hence importing people from countries that DON'T have declining births The fact that the population is rising proves that birth rates GLOBALLY aren't declining. Families global that don't have access to birth control having ten or more children. Young brides have a child every year until they either die from birth related causes of death or they reach menopause. We don't need this many people on the planet.
