  1. All the people who are competent will leave the industry so they don't end up dying because of other people's incompetence. You have to be able to trust everyone you're working with. Your life is in their hands.

  2. So that guy Matt is talking about 13 minutes in actually ended up dying in a crash he caused? After continually failing to be a good pilot? At least now, he's not a risk to anyone else ever again. But it shouldn't have come to that should it. It should never have come to that.
