He reckons he's supposedly had facial feminisation surgery.... I don't believe it for a second.
With professional make-up, lighting and filters he can look more feminine, good makeup artists can seriously work MIRACLES with toning, shading and highlighting making facial features look very different.
So on camera and with great make-up he might look a little different.
But honestly, to me, he looks pretty much the same, certainly just as male as he ever did, and he doesn't look like he's taking any hormones. His bone structure of face and body, and his fat distribution, is just as male as ever. He's been playing a lucrative role for just over a year and he's effectively live action role playing. When the money starts to dry up, he'll come up with another way to encourage coverage but he's coining it in quite well enough at the moment.

There are indeed a lot of woke people on Twitter.
I don't think it's split along left/right lines though
Identity politics and wokeism seems to have infiltrated everywhere even though most left wing people don't agree with it and do actually live in the real world.
I'm not sure why so many parties, organisations and institutions have allowed themselves to be infiltrated so insidiously.
They need to be spoken up to, stood up to and challenged on all platforms, in all media, in all strata of life, including on Twitter.
Ordinary people use Twitter too.
Woke has been allowed to push its views everywhere, the police forces, media, prison services, education, health services because not enough ordinary people have spoken out in numbers so its got its foot in the door and influenced policies.
Ordinary people need to speak up, speak out and speak often.
When one or two everywhere start speaking, others will realise that they're not alone, they're not going mad and sanity will prevail once more.
The adults in every room need to use their voices.
If you're not speaking up in real life, you're part of the problem.
All it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to say nothing.
This is as true today as when it was first said hundreds (thousands?) of years ago
