The father was identifying as a woman and taking female hormones, also there's a medication for something completely unrelated, domperidone, that as a side effect, causes men to "lactate". There was something coming out of his nipples, goodness knows what. But his fetish was to breastfeed so he was getting the baby to latch on. Meanwhile the mother, on testosterone and having had a double mastectomy presumably, wasn't breastfeeding. What about that poor baby ☹️
