  1. It's not "almost" Orwellian. It's straight out of Orwell. It's the same as being compelled to say and to actually believe that 2+3=5. To be so controlled and scared to speak the truth and scared to contradict the blatant untruth for fear of appalling consequences. All the disgusting threats, being thrown off social media, sometimes permanently, being doxed, threatened, reported to have questioned by the police for a tweet, being cancelled, deplatformed, even sacked. Politicians need to grow up and get a grip, enough is enough. Politicians who are so damaged of losing votes, why are so out of touch that they mistake a tiny number of very vocal people online, very vocal people in the London media bubble as being representative when they're anything but. The vast majority of people, real people, think the world has gone mad but many get only small glimpses of what's happening, not realising how far the tentacles of control have gone. The lunatics have taken over the asylum and they're dragging us all with them.
