  1. Completely agree. And this interviewer is really irritating. He asks really stupid questions, his tone of voice is irritating and he seems to be incredibly dense. He reminds me of the Harry Enfield character, "Tim Nice but Dim" His presence detracts from every video. I'd like to listen to all the Zoe videos but I don't because I just can't tolerate him. Occasionally I will click on to one and quickly remember why I can't listen to them. I have to fast forward over his bits and who can be bothered with the faff? 🤷🏻‍♀️

  2. From as early as I can remember I had eczema on my lower legs and to keep the tagged and itching under control I had to use cortisone cream every day. I got diagnosed with MS at around forty and gave up dairy at reading George Jelinek's book. I don't know if doing that has helped with the progression of the MS but after a few months of going dairy free my eczema completely cleared up for the first time in my life and has remained clear ever since. I was never diagnosed with any allergy. My doctor was happy for me to keep getting prescriptions using the hydrocortisone for thirty years 🙄

  6. This video isn't very helpful is it. The guest says I help the patients establish a routine first, but the stupid questioner doesn't ask him how he helps people do that! He just says "got it" and doesn't follow up with "how?" 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ The one useful thing he could have said!

  14. I NEVER pay any attention to what the alleged "serving" size is. Talk about arbitrary! You open the pack, you often eat the whole pack of whatever food it is, you don't stop at their "serving" size

  28. Even the presenter starts his summary you can switch off. If you were listening throughout the video you will already have gleaned the information you need and almost certainly will have gained a better understanding of what's been said than "Tim Nice But Dim" has Great guest

  50. The gut bacteria love it though. But we all have a different mix of them. So what works for one person won't work as well for someone else. That's what I'm learning through Zoe. There really isn't a one size fits all
