  1. This video isn't very helpful is it. The guest says I help the patients establish a routine first, but the stupid questioner doesn't ask him how he helps people do that! He just says "got it" and doesn't follow up with "how?" 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ The one useful thing he could have said!

  8. The gut bacteria love it though. But we all have a different mix of them. So what works for one person won't work as well for someone else. That's what I'm learning through Zoe. There really isn't a one size fits all

  11. Presenter, whatever your name is, at 6:20 when he says what he would do is this, why didn't you ask him how he helps people achieve it. Don't just say "got it" 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ When he says it again at 7:26, instead of asking him how he does that, you just say "got it". This video is a waste of time 🤦🏻‍♀️ Plus I find your questioning and responding really stupid and pointless. Zoe, please use a different presenter!!!!!!!! 8:32 So, questioner, what ARE the foods? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ 10:30 What about sheep's milk or goat milk? Why didn't you ask this???? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

  14. I feel exactly the same. The guy who presents these videos is an idiot. I can't bear to listen to him. Blah blah blah blah blah as you say You can always increase the play back speed, that helps. Or I often fast forward through the stupid presenter's questions and comments. Everything he says is generally pointless.
