  2. These people need extensive psychological help. What emotional and psychological needs are they trying to fulfill by doing that to themselves.... Do they want to be cared for, do they want to be treated as special? They need something. It's not disability

  3. See "Munchausen's by proxy" This syndrome already exists. I'm sure some of these "trans kids" have parents that this applies to
