  6.  @Tony-c7z9t  You have to be qualified to practise therapy or counseling in the UK, to be part of the UK BACP and to be able to take out public liability insurance. There are probably people who set themselves up without the relevant qualifications, but they wouldn't, one would hope, be hired by any official organisations.
