  1. We need to say.... sex is often painful, especially the first time, especially if there's no desire, no attraction, no lubrication. Fear is not conducive to good, pleasant or even painfree sex. We haven't even mentioned FGM at this point. I can't imagine how painful, sex and childbirth must be for someone who has scar tissue and restriction from the cutting involved in fgm
