"transgenerational empathy" I love that. I always say that as a species were absolutely terrible at seeing the long term consequences of our actions. We need to get so much better 🙏

Who to spend your life with is the most important decision you'll ever make. With a good partner, everything else is possible

It's also an incredibly useful and much needed resource. There are so many people in need of a good therapist to help navigate this new world we're living in

@alexandrugheorghe5610 Helping people heal from all their past trauma before themselves becoming parents is the thing to concentrate on. Otherwise trauma just gets passed down with each new generation.

@BaddyGonzales It's actually really good. You get matched to a therapist who you can work with via phone or zoom and if they're not right for you, you can be immediately matched with someone you're more suited to. The first therapist wasn't a good match for me, but the second was absolutely fabulous. I've recommended her to others who have also been helped by speaking/working with her.

@BaddyGonzales But better help is basically an introduction between client and therapist. So the therapeutic relationship is exactly as it would be, with all the protections, boundaries, ethics etc. I don't need to see someone face to face. Telephone consultations work well for me. I don't even do the in vision consult. If you find a therapist you resonate well with, that's the key to making good progress 👍🏼

Apparently. And it's incurable. But there is a very effective treatment that only wealthy people can afford. I presume he's had that.

A sadist would take pleasure in killing. A psychopath would just be very matter of fact about it. It's a thing that just needs to be done, no feelings about it either way. Then move on.

What about Canada?

@soulfulgardener You can choose to have a partner and get married without wanting to have kids. Life without a partner to share it with is meaningless

Sharon Osbourne is shameless. She prostituted her own family for 💰

Look what it's done to poor Jazz Jennings. He'll never have a normal life, he'll never have a fulfilling sex life. His parents and the tv company should be behind bars for what they've done to him.
2
@MainSequence1 Absolutely not. Jazz was a little boy when he maybe was playing around with "feminine" things His parents took him down this road and got TV involved. Muchausens by proxy combined with fame and wealth. He should have been allowed to grow up normally.
2
@MainSequence1 Because he was, now he's a grown man who's very unhappy and has had terrible surgery. His life was derailed from its natural course at a young age when his parents should have been protecting him.
2
@music_fanatic1111 Reality TV doesn't have to include surgery for it to ruin people's lives. The intrusion is enough

That heads/tails experiment. If wager that study varies depending on what country you run it on. And what agree that originated are. This will change with time I reckon. Sadly, people are becoming more selfish

that's a great way to view things, I'll remember that

Islamists need some EQ. They're domineering and rule by fear; in the families, in their communities, in their societies, in their countries. And they're coming for us. EQ won't work against them. They see it as weakness. They only understand strength and dominance. Fight fire with fire.

Do psychedelics make you want to grow a really gnarly untidy beard and sit with your legs splayed in an extreme way? That speaker looks really untidy in general
1
None of that made any sense
1
Well that was a complete waste of time.
1
@MainSequence1 Why would you say that?
1
@MainSequence1 You'd have to ask them

This is only useful if you have some money

he's unrecognisable from his younger self
