People need to make themselves aware of what "nodding off" is in this context.... there are plenty of videos on here of addicts "nodding off", heroin addicts for instance.... people who have injected or smoked heroin, crack etc and are completely out of it. It's not napping or falling asleep. It's the result of drugs.
