  1. Presence alone is not enough. Shelling civilians is. 8 years later and the Russians have had enough. I dont blame them. After what they endured in the Great Patriotic War Im surprised it took this long. The Russians know the Ukraine are their brothers and relatives. but the Nazi killing cannot stand. The West has trained and encouraged these people.

  2. If said Nazis are in the east shelling the Donbas killing innocent people then it IS a reason to go in and neutralize, eliminate, kill call it what you want. 8 years of war. Enough is enough and that is what the Duma decided.
