  1. What the actual F. I had a key to my house at 7. I regularly went to the store alone, went to and came home from school alone, etc. i wouldnt call my town growing up dangerous but it was still 50k population, so not tiny. How can we expect kids to take care of themselves if we require parents to literally hold their hands wherever they go?
