So there are two stories suggesting it ? Walsh must be right, all the people we see panhandling and eating out of garbage cans are investing their earnings in real estate

@voidroad people often panhandle for a few dollars at a time to buy a pack of cigarettes, up of coffee, bottle of beer. I’ve lived in SF for decades. Limbaugh also used to claim that people made a fortune, right wingers would tell people not to give spare change to a panhandler, try to make them think it was a racket. What Walsh said is ridiculous.
