crime has gone down because people know the cops won’t come when called! Shoplifters aren’t prosecuted unless they steal 900.00 worth of goods so those crimes aren’t reported

it’s not a Republican recall, many dems, liberals and progressives in SF want him gone because crime here is out of control. Several prosecutors quit because he threw out cases...I’m a life long liberal and voted against him, it’s propaganda to say it’s Repubs

@Jeff-z4 I didn’t say the d a is responsible for the shoplifting but to say crime has gone down when many crimes don’t get reported paints an inaccurate portrait. His charging record is close to his predecessor another progressive d a who’s record was very low, about 50-60% for contrast the Philadelphia charging record is about 90%. I ‘ve in SF for 40 years and like many of my friends and neighbors have never been worried about crime until the past few years, there have been several shootings nearby and there are more mentally ill people and people with drug problems on the street than ever. Most people feel the change then there are some like you who tell us it’s all in our heads.
