So he says Newsom has no money but also if someone like Newsom was nominated Biden’s money could be transferred to Newsom. Kind of ruins his argument that someone like Newsom wouldn’t have any money.

@benjaminjohnson4181 of course they would have to agree, just saying that if for the good of the country Biden and Harris agreed to step down another candidate could have access to their money, O’Donnell said a replacement candidate would be broke.
