  2. @ the guy was executed for yelling and scaring people, I live in reality where those things aren’t capital offenses. Cops and vigilantes use choke holds etc and don’t know if the guy they’re using them on is on drugs or has a health problem that may make the hold fatal. Penny accidentally killed a man he restrained well after any threat was posed.
