The judge wasn’t corrupt, the evidence proved that it was self defense. He shouldn’t have taken the gun to a riot but he did have the right to defend himself once he was attacked.

@margeroussell4808 I watched the trial, even Ana Kasparian had to change her position and admit it was self defense after learning more about the case. When I first heard about it I was glad he was charged then learned the facts.

@cliffroebuck2277 he wasn’t pointing the gun at anyone, the first guy who had just gotten out of a mental hospital confronted him and tried to grab the gun. The other people might have thought he was an active shooter but he didn’t shoot until attacked.

@nopefuyt674 look it up, find out why the gun charge didn’t stick. It wasn’t a crime so he was able to claim self defense.

@tanefendi the first guy tried to grab his gun, he had been confronting him. There is video footage of K R being attacked.

@nopefuyt674 he should have been charged with illegal gun possession but it doesn’t make the judge corrupt, he was focused on the shootings. I’m not a fan of KR but watched the trial, can’t imagine how the jury could have not acquitted. Many legal experts agree.

@tanefendi the last guy he shot in the arm was pointing a gun at him, he admitted it on the stand. Sorry but when you are hit with a skateboard or have a gun pulled on you you get to defend yourself.

@nopefuyt674 a two minute google search just taught me that his lawyers proved that there’s an exception to the law, a 17 year old can carry that type of gun, not a handgun. So the judge threw the charge out as it wouldn’t stick. It was only a misdemeanor.
