  1. Odd that the news crew didn’t mention that when you take a bus in SF you can get a paper transfer after you pay, you don’t show the driver of the next bus you ride unless asked. So some of the people they filmed who they stated as fact didn’t pay had transfers in their pocket. And I see people use the mobile app all the time, AJW uses the one guy who said he knows about it but doesn’t use it …I thought he was a stickler for facts
