@frocurl You think Atheists aren't capable of the same manipulative and agenda pushing behaviours as Religious groupings? These same Cult worshippers accuse the Religions of the World and especially Christianity of committing mass atrocities over the Centuries but in under a Century within living memory we witnessed Atheist Regimes kill over 100 million Humans, way more than the Theocratic Regimes in the last 100 years. We must move away from this destructive mindset of forcing people into one path or another, the path chosen must be of Free Will and without coercion. We must respect the Choice in the belief system followed and stop denigrating people's choices, concentrate on your path and leave others to theirs. Learn to be Tolerant of others viewpoints if they aren't directly harmful to the framework of your Civilization. Belief in a Creator doesn't weaken a Society nor does belief in the Scientific Method, they aren't mutually exclusive. Belief in a Religion at all costs can be destructive as can belief in " Follow the Science " at all costs. In other words - Stop being an Arsehole and be a Respectful Caring Human being.
